The Kogi call themselves the Elder Brothers - the original caretakers of the earth. For centuries they retreated deep into the Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta, isolating themselves from the destruction they witnessed below.
But the earth kept changing. Snow stopped falling on the highest peaks. Rivers ran lower. Sacred species disappeared. And so, for the first time in centuries, they chose to speak.
This film is that message - delivered through the people who have never stopped listening to the earth, to those of us who forgot how. Their coffee is not just a product. It is an invitation to remember what the Kogi have always known.
