At The Younger Brothers Coffee, we work to ship every order as efficiently and transparently as possible. Please review our shipping policy below.

Order Processing
Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed.
During periods of high demand, processing times may be slightly longer.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.

Shipping Origin
Orders may ship from the United States (Miami, FL) or directly from Colombia, depending on product availability.

Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
We ship using trusted carriers such as USPS, FedEx, and DHL.

Estimated delivery times:
U.S. domestic shipments: 3–7 business days after shipment
International shipments / direct from Colombia: 7–14 business days after shipment
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs, weather, or carrier delays.

Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on destination, weight, and shipping method.
Any applicable duties, taxes, or customs fees for international shipments are the responsibility of the customer.

Tracking Information
Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
Tracking updates may take up to 24–48 hours to appear after shipment.

Delivery Issues
Once an order is marked as delivered by the carrier, responsibility for the shipment transfers to the customer.
If a package is delayed, lost, or marked as delivered but not received, please contact us within 7 days of the delivery date so we can assist.

Returned or Refused Shipments
Orders returned to sender due to incorrect address, refusal, or failed delivery attempts may be reshipped at the customer’s expense.
Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Address Accuracy
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address.
We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrectly provided addresses.
